Meet Kim Malone
For more than 20 years, Kim Malone worked on the front lines of the criminal justice system as a Wisconsin Probation and Parole Agent. She witnessed firsthand how decisions, behaviors, missed opportunities, and life circumstances could change the direction of someone’s future.
Today, Kim takes those experiences into conference rooms, schools, correctional facilities, and communities. As Founder and Program Developer of Reality Check By Kim, she combines professional expertise, personal experience, and practical insights to encourage accountability, meaningful relationships, and prevention.
Her presentations are engaging, conversational, and grounded in real life—not traditional lectures. She challenges audiences to look beyond behaviors, recognize the individual, and consider how meaningful connections can change outcomes.
